Circa 1930's Silk Nagajuban Silk Lining (Plum blossom & Playing Children Print)
Hand made, hand sewn in Japan.
Nagjuban is made to be worn under Kimono and it is shorter in length than Kimono. It is suitable as the open long jucket.
You will find lovelyl children prints on this items. They are playing on the plum trees and wearing kimono with lucky motifs.
Plum is also known as the one of fortune motif, it means strong perseverance, beauty and hope for the new year in Japanese kimono pattern.
The coller is made of white silk. However, you can also enjoy changing the coller with your favourite textiles.

Good condition.
There also may be a mild sign of age due to vintage nature. However, except that, I don't find other major stains, damages or faults. I try to describe the kimono as accurate as possible.

kimonos are box-shape. it will fit many sizes. Please check the measurements. The torso is UK size 10 body.
